Free Connect Wifi

I am looking for a freelancer to Design portal and mobile web to connect free wifi between customers and business owner which had high-quality WiFi system for restaurants/café. It is to cover a large area – more than 500 square feet – so a reliable, powerful design solution is needed. I am looking for a complete package design that includes features like login page customization and user analytics, so I can accurately monitor all users activity in the establishment. This kind of comprehensive coverage will ensure user and business owner have uninterrupted access to the WiFi within restaurants/café.
