Framer website design for my agency

I'm building an agency for which I need a framer website. I'm new to framer so looking to hire someone who is expert in building/designing a framer website. There are 4 kinds of pages I need for my website:
- Homepage
- Training Page (will be 95% same as homepage. see the reference image)
- Blog post page
- Legal pages (about us, privacy policy, etc)

I've also made a few rough prototype images in figma on how I'd want to design my website. I'm uploading those images. Along with those, I'm also uploading a pdf document on what sections I want for what pages and how they should look/animate like. I want all sections to be dynamic and responsive where I can add text, images, remove things and nothing would break.

I just have rough ideas. What I'm looking for is someone who is creative and is willing to put in effort and give me ideas/suggestions and build something really worthwhile. I don't want to trouble you with a thousand revisions, hence, if you think you can't do this, please don't apply for this job.
