Finishing off our agency website

We've designed and implemented most of our website, however we're missing a lot of key elements, sections, and our funnel needs to be optimized.

1. On the home page, I need help completing the funnel, I'm looking to add/redo the middle section of the home page, and optimize it for conversion.

2. Design & Marketing pages probably need a few sections/elements and CRO too

3. Other pages like about us, contact, blog, just generally need direction

We've been working on this for quite a bit but I need to finish it off and our current team is unable to take on much more, so I need help with these things but possibly more help with some internal parts of the business.

Please have experience with internet marketing in general, I've been in IM for a long time, looking for a smooth process and most importantly epic design to complement what we already have done.
