I have a complete website design in Figma:

The design is for a small business website and needs to be faithfully reproduced in WordPress.
Requirements:
* Match the layout, spacing, colours, and fonts exactly as in the Figma file. Fonts used: Times and Inter.
* Fully responsive (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
* Include a working contact form styled consistently with the design. You can use any reliable, well-supported plugin (e.g. Contact Form 7, WPForms, etc.).
* Keep the code lightweight and clean.
* The custom theme should be easy to edit later (Customizer or a simple page builder is fine — no locked-in proprietary systems).
