Figma-to-WordPress Corporate Site

Job ID: 40501968

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

Project Background

We already have an existing website that is being revamped with a completely new design. The product categories and product-related content will largely remain the same as the current website, while a few selected pages will have updated content and layouts.

A staging environment will be created on 10Web for the development process. The selected developer should redesign and rebuild the entire website based on the supplied Figma designs, ensuring that:

* Existing product categories and product content are migrated and retained.
* Updated content is implemented on designated pages.
* The new design is applied consistently across the entire website.
* The development is carried out in the staging environment before deployment to the live website.
* Existing URLs, page structure, metadata, and SEO settings are preserved wherever possible to maintain current search engine rankings and avoid traffic loss.

I already have a complete set of high-fidelity Figma designs and now need them transformed into a fully functioning WordPress corporate website. The goal is a faithful, responsive build that mirrors every layout, font, colour, and interaction shown in the design files.

Core Requirements

• Develop a custom theme (or child theme) so future updates do not overwrite the work.
• Set up intuitive page templates and blocks that let my team edit text and images without touching code.
• Migrate and retain existing product categories, product pages, and associated content.
• Implement the contact forms exactly where the design specifies, routing submissions to our chosen email address. I am open to your suggestions on the best form plugin and any lightweight spam-prevention methods.
• Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Preserve existing SEO value, including URL structure, page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, schema markup (where applicable), and redirects.

Nice-to-Have (Not Essential)

• Keep room for an optional blog section as we scale.
• Keep room for an optional employee directory or team showcase section in the future.
• Basic on-page SEO best practices implemented during development.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Pixel-perfect match to the supplied Figma frames across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
2. Load speed in line with typical corporate standards (Google PageSpeed 80+ desktop).
3. Contact forms tested and delivering messages reliably.
4. Existing SEO value is preserved, with no unnecessary URL changes or loss of metadata during migration.
5. Product categories and product content are migrated accurately from the current website.
6. Clear hand-over including theme files, child theme (if used), plugins list, and short written instructions on editing content.
