Figma Website Designer Needed for a Fully Custom, Intuitive and Sleek Website

I'm looking for an exceptional Figma / XD / similar designer to help create mockups for a web-based UI/UX design with a minimalist and modern style.
Our current website is CharlotteContactLens.com. IMPORTANT - We are not looking for a re-design of the current website. We are looking for an ENTIRELY NEW website built from the ground-up.
With any proposal, please submit a link to your portfolio which shows recent work in Figma (or similar).
A key criteria for this project is amazing and modern design and aesthetic. We envision the new website being designed in Figma (or similar) but we’re open to it being in whatever design program you prefer, as long as it’s a TRULY CUSTOM website and not based on a generic template.
We are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL, MODERN, MINIMALIST, and USER-FRIENDLY design. We want the website to look extremely well done from a design perspective. Our goal is to have one of the best UI / UX websites of any doctor’s office in the United States.
The new website will have 36-38 pages of content. We have all the written content ready to be used, and ~ 100 images that are ready to be used as well. We are looking for someone on an HOURLY basis.
In terms of integrations the website will be similar to the current website, so simple to medium complexity.
E-commerce functionality is not needed.
