Figma Trading App UX Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a UX designer who can take a trading web application from early user research through to a polished, portfolio-ready case study. The product will serve beginner, intermediate and expert traders, so every decision should scale from a first-time user to a seasoned day-trader.
Your first task is research: define personas, capture pain points and map the competitive landscape. From there, translate insights into clear user flows for sign-up, trading and portfolio tracking, then turn those flows into wireframes and finally high-fidelity screens in Figma. I rely heavily on Auto Layout, reusable components and a well-structured design system, so proficiency here is essential.
The core release concentrates on portfolio management; real-time charts and an order interface are future phases, so design with extensibility in mind. Throughout the project, document every step—research summaries, journey maps, flow diagrams and rationale—so the final case study reads seamlessly from problem through process to measurable impact.
Deliverables
• Complete trading web app UI (dashboard, portfolio and supporting screens) in Figma
• UX documentation covering research, personas, flows and wireframes
• Final, polished case study ready for Behance or similar
Acceptance criteria
• Flows are intuitive and validated against the three trader personas
• Figma file is organised with named pages, components and Auto Layout
• Case study clearly links research insights to design decisions and expected business outcomes
If you also understand trading concepts or have designed data-heavy dashboards before, let me know—that context will accelerate the project.
