Figma to React Vite Conversion

I have a finished Figma design that needs to become a lightweight React application bootstrapped with Vite. The build will consist of basic static pages only, so there’s no data fetching or external APIs involved. What matters most is pixel-perfect fidelity, clean component organisation, and quick load times.

You’ll recreate every screen exactly as shown in Figma, wire up straightforward navigation, and apply simple fade-in / fade-out transitions between views or major sections. Please use modern React (functional components and hooks) along with a sensible folder structure that keeps the project easy to maintain.

Deliverables
• Complete Vite-based React project in a Git repo
• All pages styled to match Figma across common breakpoints
• Smooth, unobtrusive fade transitions implemented as specified
• Production build running error-free with `npm run build`
