UI/UX Designer – Deliverables Checklist
Scope: Home Screen Only | Tool: Figma Only
Please provide all items below upon completion of the Home Screen design.
These deliverables are required for development handoff.
1. Figma Source File (Mandatory)
Provide a single Figma file with full edit access.
Requirements:
Home Screen only (no additional screens)
All UI elements fully editable (no flattened layers)
Proper use of:
Components
Auto Layout
Styles (colors, text, effects)
Clear layer naming (developer-friendly)
2. Home Screen Layouts & Variations
Include all relevant Home Screen states as separate frames:
Default state
Loading state
Empty / No data state
Error state
Success / Data-loaded state
Disabled elements (if applicable)
3. Design System (Limited to Home Screen)
Defined inside Figma and used consistently.
Must include:
Color styles (used on Home Screen only)
Text styles (titles, subtitles, body, labels)
Spacing logic (padding, margins, grid if used)
Buttons used on Home Screen (primary / secondary / disabled)
Cards, counters, tickers, progress bars, or any repeated elements
4. Icons & Visual Assets (Figma-Based)
Icons must be vector-based (SVG-compatible)
No text embedded inside images
Images and illustrations placed as separate layers
Assets organized in a dedicated Figma page or section
5. UI Components (Home Screen Only)
All reusable elements must be created as Figma Components, including:
Header / Top bar
Score / Points display
Ticker / Notification area
Action buttons
Cards / Lists
Progress indicators (if used)
6. Interaction & Behavior Notes
Provide annotations inside Figma (comments or notes) describing:
Click / tap behavior
Conditional visibility (when elements appear or hide)
Enable / disable logic
Basic animation intent (if any)
7. Animation / Motion (If Applicable)
If animations are part of the Home Screen:
Use Figma Smart Animate or
Provide written motion notes per element:
Trigger
Duration
Purpose
(No Lottie or external files required unless explicitly agreed.)
8. Font Usage & Licensing
Fonts must be available via Google Fonts or
Provide confirmation that fonts are free for commercial use
9. Ownership & Handoff
Written confirmation that:
Full ownership of the Home Screen design is transferred
Figma source file is included
No dependency on the designer is required after handoff
Final Delivery
Figma file link with Edit access
