Figma Literacy Dashboard Design

I need a fresh, modern dashboard concept in Figma that helps both parents and teachers monitor early-literacy progress at a glance. The product is an educational web app, so every screen must feel welcoming to adults while still reflecting a child-centric mission through friendly colours, large legible type, and clear iconography.

Scope of work
• Create two responsive layouts: a full-width desktop view and a streamlined mobile view.
• Map out intuitive top-level navigation and section hierarchy for the following core areas: student reading progress, literacy milestones, daily/weekly activities, recommended learning tasks, parent- and teacher-specific insights, plus a lightweight notification centre.
• Build a simple, reusable design system inside Figma—typography scale, colour palette with accessible contrast, buttons, cards, progress bars and any other components the dashboard relies on. Stick to best-practice accessibility (WCAG AA contrast, touch-friendly targets, screen-reader labelling where relevant).

Deliverables
1. Editable Figma file containing:
• Desktop dashboard mock-up
• Mobile dashboard mock-up
• Component library / style guide
2. A quick note explaining design decisions and how the system can scale.

This is a fixed-price pilot, so please keep the file tidy, name layers consistently, and document colours and type styles so we can evaluate the workflow for future phases.
