Figma Landing Page in Dark Mode

I am on the lookout for a design expert who can support in designing an attractive and immersive Parallax Scrolling Landing Page using Figma.

This landing page will serve to promote product/services, specifically designed with dark mode color scheme. The skills that I am particularly interested in include Graphic Design, Animation, Page Motion Styling, and in-depth knowledge about Figma.
