Figma Information Card Design

I need a clean information-card component built in Figma. The card has to combine the following content blocks in a single, balanced layout: a clear title with a short description, a supporting image with caption text, and a small icon paired with explanatory copy.

I already have a colour palette and font family in mind, so you can jump straight into arranging the hierarchy, spacing, and states (default, hover, and pressed). Responsive resizing should work smoothly for desktop and mobile artboards, and the file must stay fully editable, with organised layers and reusable components.

Deliverables
• A Figma file containing the card as a standalone component and as part of a simple mock section
• Style specifications (sizes, colours, text styles) documented in Figma’s inspect panel
• PNG/JPEG exports of the card in its three interaction states for quick reference
