Figma to Gmail-Compatible HTML Emails

HTML Email Developer (Pixel-Perfect Figma to HTML Mailers)

We are looking for an experienced HTML Email Developer who specializes in creating pixel-perfect responsive HTML mailers from Figma.

We will provide:

Final Figma design
Component Library
Design Specifications
JPEG preview of each mailer
Images and assets

Your job is to create an HTML email that matches our approved Figma 1:1.

Requirements

Your HTML email must:

Match the Figma design with 99%+ visual accuracy
Match all spacing, typography, colors, icons, borders, shadows and layout
Use clean, semantic HTML
Be well organized and easy to maintain
Be fully responsive where appropriate for email clients
Use table-based email HTML where required for maximum compatibility
Be tested across major email clients
Image Handling

You should provide:

HTML file
Images folder

Use relative image paths.

Before deployment we will upload the images to our server and replace all image references with our own absolute URLs.

Gmail Requirement (Very Important)

Your HTML must support the following workflow:

Open the HTML in a browser.

Press:

Ctrl + A

Ctrl + C

Paste directly into Gmail compose.

The complete design—including layout, formatting and images—must paste correctly into Gmail while preserving the original appearance.

If any design inconsistency is found, ask before implementing
Compare your completed HTML side-by-side with the Figma before delivery
Deliver only after visual QA confirms the HTML matches the approved design


Payment will be released after the delivered HTML has been reviewed and confirmed to match the approved Figma design and project requirements.

Gmail Compatibility (Required)

This project is intended only for Gmail.

Please confirm:

You have experience building HTML emails specifically for Gmail.
You will test the mailer in Gmail before delivery.
The HTML can be opened in a browser, then Ctrl+A → Ctrl+C → Paste directly into a Gmail Compose window, while preserving the design, formatting, images, spacing, fonts, buttons, and layout.
All images must display correctly after we replace the image paths with our server URLs.
Please briefly describe how you test your HTML mailers in Gmail.

Please send 2–3 HTML email examples that you personally built from Figma. Preference will be given to developers who have experience creating pixel-perfect Gmail-compatible mailers.
