Figma Expert for Web and Mobile Design

We are looking for a highly skilled Web Designer with proven expertise in Figma and related design tools to create world-class web and mobile application designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, user experience, and modern design principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life through intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-end, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design systems in Figma (and other relevant tools).
Work closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to drive design decisions.
Maintain and enhance UI/UX consistency across platforms and applications.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in web & mobile design.
Collaborate in agile development environments and contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web and mobile application design.
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
Expertise in UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility.
Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
Experience working with front-end development teams (knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS basics is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality web and mobile application designs.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver pixel-perfect designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have (Optional but Preferred)
Experience in motion graphics, animations, or micro-interactions.
Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Framer.
Understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) for better design-to-dev handoff.
Exposure to branding, visual identity, and digital marketing creatives.
