Figma to Elementor Style Translation

So I did a competition here on Freelancer, and the winner gave me a Figma file, which means I have no idea how to translate that to Elementor. So can this figma file be layered out, so I can see what is the background color, for example, and the colors of all the other elements and the font? Note he made all the images the same height, and I don't think there is a way that can be done on Elementor, but if it can, I would like to know how.

Note I can't even post a figma file here, cuz it is 39 mg, and the maximum allowed is 25 mg. The contest name was "website section redesign." I have put a film of of the winning design.
