Project Management: Budgets, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Variations, Notices, Emails, Tasks/Punchlist, Schedule, Project Poster, Meetings Minutes, Selections, Services
Site Management: Weekly Report, Daily Logs, Inspection Records, OHS, QA, Site Issues Log
Financial Management: Job Cost Report, Claims, Invoices, Accounting
Post-Construction: Handover, Warranty/Defects Management
Communication: Phone/Video Conference, Screen Sharing, Collaboration

Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio of previous design projects.
Strong attention to detail, particularly with regard to user interface and user experience.
