About the Project

We’re updating the Admin Panel of our Hallelujah Music Platform, a growing Christian music and podcast streaming platform.
The admin panel is built in Laravel and used to manage users, creators, music, podcasts, analytics, and earnings.

We already have:

Hallelujah User App (Flutter)

Hallelujah Studio Website (for creators)


Now, we want a modern, dark-mode UI/UX design for the Admin Panel that’s clean, easy to understand, and consistent with our platform’s theme.

Work Scope

You’ll be responsible for designing:

Full Admin Panel in Figma (Dark Mode)

Proper Prototype flow for all sections

Dashboard and Analytics Page

Music & Podcast Management Pages

User and Creator Management

Monetization & Earnings Section

Reports, Notifications, and Settings Pages

Sidebar, header, and table design system

Deliverables

Complete Figma design file with organized components

Fully linked interactive prototype

Reusable UI components and design system

Design handoff for Laravel developers
Preferred Skills

Strong experience in Figma UI/UX design

Experience designing admin dashboards or SaaS products

Understanding of music or content management platforms is a plus

Attention to detail, typography, spacing, and usability

Good communication and ability to explain design logic

Budget: Open for discussion based on experience
Timeline: 3-4 weeks for initial delivery
Location: Bangalore designers preferred (for future in-office or long-term collaboration) or Anyone can bid
