• Strong hands-on experience with Figma
• Proven experience designing mobile app interfaces (Android/iOS)
• Good understanding of UX principles, layout, spacing, and hierarchy
• Ability to create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs
• Ability to follow design guidelines and iterate quickly based on feedback

Scope of Work:
• Design multiple mobile app screens (e.g., login, onboarding, home, dashboard, etc.)
• Maintain a consistent design system (colors, typography, components)
• Deliver well-structured and organized Figma files
• Collaborate for ongoing improvements and iterations

Engagement Model:
• Payment on a per screen basis
• Long-term collaboration opportunity based on performance

Selection Process:
1. Portfolio review
2. Small sample design task (1 screen)
3. Final selection
