Figma UX/UI Design for Family Caregivers APP
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
This projects aims to design an application for family members and non-professional caregivers of older adults. The expected hand-off is a polished, fully-linked Figma file that a development team can directly integrate into their build process.
The project will include approximately 10–15 views, covering the core user flows described below.
Scope of the design
• Mobile-first (tablet optional; desktop not required at this stage).
• UX must prioritise accessibility, simplicity, emotional clarity, and low cognitive load for non-expert users.
• The design will follow the functional modules defined in the product requirements.
Key screens & components (deliverables)
The final Figma file should contain 10–15 fully designed and linked views, representing the core modules of ATENEA Familiar:
1. Onboarding & User Setup
• Sign-in / consent flow
• Add primary user (older adult)
2. Home
• Summary dashboard
• Display indicators (heart rate, SpO₂, BP, sleep, steps, etc.)
• Preventive alerts & well-being indicators
• Location & Safe Zones
• Communication Module with text text and voice messaging
• Future-ready video call layout
• Communication history
3. Reports
• Watch status: battery, connectivity, last sync
• Daily and weekly charts (heart rate, SpO₂, BP, sleep, steps, etc.)
4. Notifications
• Real-time alert feed for different types(falls, SOS, geofencing, inactivity, battery, connectivity)
• Alert detail view with map, severity level, timestamp and actions like answer the alert
• Alert history timeline
5. Profile
5..1.Contacts
• Manage emergency contacts & priority order
5.2. Localization
• Safe zone creator (radius, name, address)
• Location history (24–72h)
5.3. Notification
• User preferences & alert thresholds
5.4. User
• Update user information (name, image, phone, mail)
Style & usability notes
I prefer a clean, modern look with clear hierarchy, generous whitespace, and tap-friendly touch targets. Please set up reusable components, colour and type styles, and auto-layout where possible so future tweaks remain painless. It can be used already templates that can be adapted to the design and boost design creation.
Acceptance criteria
0. Share with us any other design File to show your proficiency to complete this task. The best the design that you already have developed, easier to choose you in order to start!
1. All screens linked in a prototype demonstrating the complete user journey from sign-in to different User Stories previously sent
2. Components named and organised in a Figma file.
3. A brief style guide page outlining colours, typography, spacing, and icon usage (it can be created authomatically with other Figma tools).
If you’re comfortable turning these requirements into an intuitive, presentation-ready Figma file, let’s talk and align on timeline and milestones.
