Figma Design & Frontend Development for CMS

I need a skilled designer and frontend developer to create screens for a Content Management System (CMS) in Figma, and then implement them using a frontend technology such as React, Next.js, or Prisma. There's no need for backend work, just a clean, functional frontend.
