Figma Business Proposal Design

We are a PR agency. Looking for an experienced proposal designer to design a business proposal on Figma. We will use that to edit and convert finalized content into a polished, executive-ready PDF as per our needs.

This is not a branding or marketing design project. The goal is to develop a template Business Proposal with focus on design that shows clarity, structure, and credibility.

*Scope:*
-Design a 12–18 page PR retainer proposal
-Use existing content (the end to end content copy is finalized)
-Clean, modern, institutional look
-Consistent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
-Light use of icons, dividers, charts (no heavy illustrations)

-Audience for the proposal: Enterprise & institutional clients
-Deliverable: Figma + PDF-optimized file
-Tools preferred: Figma

What NOT to Do
