Figma Production Designer / Design Systems Assistant
I’m looking for a highly detail-oriented Figma production designer to become an ongoing collaborator across multiple personal projects.
What you’ll be doing:
* Expand existing designs into additional pages, screens, and user flows while maintaining consistency.
* Build new screens using established design patterns and visual styles.
* Create presentation decks from an existing slide design language, extending templates into complete presentations.
* Build and maintain clean Figma component libraries and variants.
* Create design tokens, text styles, color styles, spacing systems, variables, and reusable patterns.
* Apply Auto Layout, constraints, naming conventions, and file organization following Figma best practices.
* Turn rough concepts, sketches, or wireframes into polished, production-quality designs.
* Help organize large Figma files so they remain scalable and easy to maintain.
* Prepare designs that are ready for developer handoff when needed.
