Job ID: 39240195

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

Long Term Contract With an Expert Webflow Developer ($20/hr)

We’re a US-based web development company looking for a skilled Webflow developer to join our team on a long-term freelance basis. If you can build clean, well-structured Webflow sites, follow best practices, and optimize performance, we’d love to hear from you!

? Important
* You MUST be highly proficient in Webflow
* You MUST produce clean Webflow code
* You DO NOT need to design in Figma—our designer will handle that
* Speed and reliability — responsive to feedback, meets deadlines.

What You’ll Do
* Develop: Convert provided Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds
* Write Clean Code: Structure Webflow projects properly (no unnecessary divs, organized classes, optimized structure)
* Optimize: Ensure fast load times and efficient animations/interactions
Iterate & Optimize: Apply feedback efficiently and refine builds as needed

Must-Have Skills
* Webflow: Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, interactions, and best practices
* Clean Webflow Code: Proper class naming (doesn't have to be Client-First but should be structured), efficient layouts, no unnecessary elements
* Attention to Detail: Ability to match Webflow builds to provided Figma designs exactly

Nice to Have (But Not Required)
* Basic custom code skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to extend Webflow when needed.
* Figma skills / just a general sense of design

Job Details
* Rate: $20/hour
* Hours: Flexible as long as deadlines are met
* Long-term opportunity for strong performers
* Growth potential – top performers may take on larger projects

How to Apply
* Start your application with “HD15” so I know you’ve read the job post.
* Provide a resume link.
* Share your portfolio link (practice projects are okay).
* Share a read-only link of your best Webflow project (The cleanliness of your code will be weighted heavily.).
* What color is the sky at noon on a clear day?
* Describe a Webflow project where you had to solve a major challenge. How did you approach it?
In Webflow, is the developer able to create components? If so, how? If not, what’s the best alternative?
* How do you optimize images for Webflow projects?

? If you do NOT have strong experience in Webflow OR cannot produce clean Webflow code, please do not apply.
