Experienced Figma Website Designer — Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Figma designer to help create and improve our company website. This is a long-term freelance opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position, if mutually desired, following a successful initial engagement.

Responsibilities

* Design professional, modern, and user-friendly website interfaces in Figma
* Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile
* Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
* Build reusable components and maintain a consistent design system
* Improve user experience, navigation, and visual hierarchy
* Collaborate with our team and incorporate feedback
* Prepare organized design files and assets for developer handoff

Required Skills

* Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping
* Proven experience in website UI/UX design
* Strong understanding of responsive web design
* Excellent typography, color, spacing, and layout skills
* Ability to create clean, organized, and developer-friendly Figma files
* Good communication skills and the ability to meet agreed deadlines
* A portfolio demonstrating relevant website design work

Preferred Skills

* Experience creating or maintaining design systems
* Familiarity with web accessibility and usability best practices
* Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
* Experience working closely with developers
* Experience designing corporate or B2B websites
