Editing Figma and codding to responsive Web HTML, CSS, JS

I have a figma file and I need the following:
1) Help put together elements for my website, including previews for responsiveness
I have many pages in the figma file, but I won't use them all. I need to first assemble the boxes from the individual elements in such a way that we get the overall design of my site.
2) Encode everything into responsive, valid and well-commented html, css, js code, without using automation programs - the code is always unreadable.
