UI Designer for Diverse Web Projects

I'm looking for a creative UI designer keen to work on a few projects listed below. Ideally, you would be available for 20 hours a week and care about continuously improving your UI skills.

Projects:
- Design system v0.1 to reduce time spent on idea > mockup
- Design system v0.5 to democratise idea > mockup visualisation so that any stakeholder can visualise their idea ready for early user testing

In addition to creativity, consistent collaboration and simple communication are important because I will be doing the UX strategy and initial wireframing and need your UI expertise to smash it out of the park.

As you might observe, the opportunity is to work long term and my budget is only AUD1,000/month right now as I'm funding all the above work. The above work will build the foundations of my design agency - Design by DROPS. I'm assuming the work will take 2-3 months (20 hours/week) in total.
