UX Design for AI Productivity App

I’m building an AI-driven app that helps people stay on top of everything they need to do—at home and at work—and I need a clear, intuitive user experience to bring it to life. The core feature is Task management, with the AI automatically sorting, prioritising and suggesting the best next action for both personal and work tasks.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• End-to-end UX flow that shows how a new user captures tasks, sees AI-generated priorities and tracks completion.
• Wireframes (low or mid fidelity is fine) for key screens such as the unified inbox, smart scheduling view, and progress dashboard.
• A clickable Figma prototype so I can test the journey across mobile first; responsive web is a plus but not mandatory.

To succeed, the interface should feel effortless—one place to drop every to-do, then let the AI guide the day. If you’ve designed productivity tools or AI-assisted workflows before, even better. I’ll share early user stories as soon as we start, and I can give quick feedback on iterations so we land on a design that’s ready for UI styling and development.
