Dashboard Layout Design

I need a single-page desktop dashboard designed. The page will be divided into two separate vertical sections.

Requirements:
- The first section will display text, images, and forms/inputs.
- The second section will also display the list that you/user fill in first section
- The layout should be clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience with dashboard design and data presentation
