Custom Daily Digital Planner Design
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I want a custom digital planner built from the ground up so it isn’t just another off-the-shelf template. The core function is crystal clear: daily scheduling. Within each day I need three specific, fully integrated modules—Habit Tracker, To-Do List, and Time-Blocking—so I can move seamlessly from planning to execution without jumping between separate pages or apps.
Format
• The end product must simply be a custom digital planner. I’m flexible on the exact container (hyper-linked PDF, interactive tablet file, or another clever solution) as long as it opens smoothly on iPad/GoodNotes and similar note-taking apps and keeps hyperlinks intact.
Look & Feel
Clean, uncluttered design that still feels motivating—think subtle colour accents, clear typography, and enough white space for handwritten notes. If you work in Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, Figma, or Canva, that’s perfect; just keep the layers editable so tweaks are possible later.
Key Functional Elements
• Habit Tracker: one-glance weekly grid tied to daily pages
• To-Do List: prioritised with check-boxes that stand out when ticked
• Time-Blocking: hourly columns (5 a.m.–11 p.m.) embedded in each day view
Deliverables
1. Final planner file ready for instant import into GoodNotes/Notability (PDF or similar).
2. Editable source file.
3. Quick start guide (one-page PDF) showing how to navigate hyperlinks and duplicate pages.
Acceptance Criteria
• All internal links work on iOS and Android tablet testers.
• No pixelation when zooming to 200 %.
• Modules laid out exactly as described above on both portrait and landscape orientations.
If this aligns with your skill set and you’ve designed digital planners before, let’s make scheduling beautifully simple.
