Introduction

We are pleased to invite experienced digital agencies and development teams to submit proposals for the design and development of a responsive, scalable, and user-friendly website and mobile application (iOS & Android) for our new television channel. This RFP outlines the project objectives, scope of work, required deliverables, evaluation criteria, and proposal submission guidelines.

Project Objectives

Design and develop a user-friendly website with streaming features
Build iOS and Android mobile apps using a unified codebase (e.g., React Native)
Integrate modules for:
Live TV streaming
On-demand Movies & TV shows
Watch Source (smart content engine)
Ensure secure and scalable backend architecture
Deliver a visually modern and branded UI consistent with our identity
