Creating Wallpaper for Samsung S25 (NO AI, real designer/artist requirement)

Hello there! I'm hiring the designer/artist working mainly with Figma or any other design programs/tools (without the AI help, i won't pay for the AI job). The task is simple but quite hard - create a custom design wallpaper for a Samsung S25, featuring the design ideas from other authors.

There comes the hard part - requirements. One day I saw online the cool wallpapers made by "Aesthetic Mistakes" author, and couldn't stand back to order one myself. But the author said that he wasn't taking freelance job, so I've got here and trying to see for someone talanted and not to be afraid of taking this work done.

Design for the wallpapers needs to be created from the two ideas, like... merged together - "Aesthetic Mistakes" cyberpunk style wallpapers and "Spigen" zero one case for the S25, which shows all the mechanics of the S25 on it's design. The reference screenshots will be provided in the chat, when we'll talk. The wallpaper must be 2340 x 1080 size and fit perfectly with the Samsung S25. Main color for the wallpaper must be the blue pallete of colours.
