Create the UX for a figma page for me (multiple actions in one page)

Overview
The Recruitment Operations Command Center is a centralized web application designed to streamline the entire recruitment workflow from sourcing to offer management. This platform integrates candidate tracking, communication, and document management in a single interface, allowing recruitment teams to efficiently manage their pipeline.
Product Goals

Create a unified platform for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle

User Interface Layout
The interface will consist of three main sections:
