Corporate Building App UI Redesign

I’m ready to give our React Native building-management app a complete face-lift and need a designer who can rethink roughly 50 key screens from the ground up. The finished product must feel corporate and professional while staying intuitive for everyday users.

The redesign has to look and function flawlessly on both iOS and Android, so every component, layout choice, and micro-interaction must be tested cross-platform. Core features you’ll be re-imagining include tenant management, maintenance request handling, facility booking, plus community tools such as car-pooling, buy & sell listings, online classes, and city news.

What I expect from you
• A full UI/UX overhaul covering all ~50 frames
• High-fidelity Figma (or equivalent) designs, ready for React Native hand-off
• A polished design system (typography, colour, icons, states) that reflects a clean, professional brand tone
• Interactive prototypes demonstrating key user flows on both mobile platforms
• Asset export and clear specifications so my development team can implement with zero guesswork

Acceptance criteria
1. Visual consistency across every screen and state.
2. Seamless usability on iOS and Android devices of common resolutions.
3. Brand colours and typography applied exactly to guidelines I’ll supply at kickoff.
4. Final files delivered in an organised, developer-friendly structure.
