Convert PSD design to Figma

We have a complete PSD design for a web application at a large screen size (2500x1400).
We need a designer experienced in Figma that can convert that design into a Figma document, splitting it into separated components and using Figma layout tools to position the elements (no hardcoded dimensions or positioning).
