ConAcc4 Prototype
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The goal is to transform my initial sketches into a polished, clickable Figma prototype for a web-based productivity tool that centers on task management.
Scope
• Rough wireframes (PDF and hand-drawn) and a short feature brief are ready to share once we start.
• Core flows to cover: onboarding, project dashboard, task list, task detail/edit, search/filter, and basic user settings.
• Calendar integration and broader collaboration features are on the roadmap but not part of this phase; the prototype should be built so those elements can slot in later without a full redesign.
Expectations & Deliverables
1. A well-structured Figma file with reusable components, colour & typography styles, and an organised layer hierarchy.
2. Interactive click-through prototype that clearly demonstrates each user flow.
3. A short design hand-off note explaining component naming, auto-layout choices, and breakpoint considerations.
Acceptance Criteria
• All screens function in prototype mode without dead-ends.
• Components use Auto Layout and smart variants where it improves maintainability.
• File is shared via Figma link with edit access on completion.
Adobe XD or Sketch aren’t needed—please keep everything inside Figma so my dev team can inspect and export directly. Looking forward to collaborating and iterating quickly until the prototype feels production-ready.
