Complete Website Redesign & Optimization

Our current site no longer reflects the clean, intuitive experience our users expect, so the assignment is a full redesign that marries modern aesthetics with rock-solid UX fundamentals. The entire creative process will live in Figma—from early wireframes through clickable, high-fidelity prototypes—so we can iterate quickly together before moving anything into code.

Scope of work
• Audit the existing interface to surface usability pain points and content gaps.
• Produce low- and high-fidelity wireframes in Figma, followed by an interactive prototype that demonstrates responsive behaviour across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.
• Develop a component library and style guide (typography, colour, spacing, states) to keep development consistent and scalable.
• Optimise every layout for Core Web Vitals, fast load times, and on-page SEO best practices, including semantic structure and accessible contrast ratios.
• Package final assets, specs, and annotations so front-end development can begin without guesswork.

Acceptance criteria
1. Figma prototype passes internal user test with agreed success metrics.
2. Mobile view achieves equal or better usability scores than desktop.
3. All redesigned pages load in under 2.5 s on a 4G connection once developed.
4. Deliverables include editable Figma file, exported assets, and a concise style guide.
