Colorful Website Figma Design and Development

I’m starting this website from a blank canvas and need a designer who can shape both the visual identity and the complete Figma layout. Because I don’t yet have a logo, color palette, or typography set, the first step will be creating a brand style guide that feels colorful, vibrant, and energetic without sacrificing readability.

Once the branding is approved, I’ll need the full website mapped out in Figma—desktop and mobile frames, reusable components, and clear spacing rules so development is seamless. Please include interactive prototypes, export-ready assets, and developer-ready inspection notes. If you have front-end skills, let me know; I may extend the project into responsive HTML/CSS implementation after the design phase.
