We are building a https://www.sync.day/ and for a freelancer UIUX designer. :)
Please apply if you meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience, in an agency or similar, in designing solutions for complex and content-rich digital applications
- Strong interest in all things UX and other areas of design, knowledge of the latest trends and technologies, and a willingness to learn new skills and workflows
- A solid grasp of user testing methodologies and usability standards
- Experience with working directly with clients, auditing and analyzing requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills (written & verbal), as well as an ability to work independently.
- Openness to feedback and constructive criticism
- Experience with design software, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Interest in graphic & UI design will be considered a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management
The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B SaaS startup, or equivalent environment.
We prefer start working together with a small project and will expand scope of work accordingly based on outcome.
