Birds nests present?

We are going to be cutting some eucalyptus trees that have been recently topped (2 months ago) down to the ground. We are looking for a credentialed biologist to confirm that there are no nests in these already topped trees. The job is in the santa barbara, california, area (postal code 93108) and would require about 2-3 hours' observation in the field. The area is easily accessible by road.
