Field Sales executive

I need on-the-ground sales pros who can walk into local grocery stores, build instant rapport with the owner, and secure a no-risk trial of our ShinePoints reward-points software. Your conversations will focus on three things that matter most to a busy grocer:

• their customers keep coming back (increased customer retention)
• the interface is simple enough for anyone behind the counter to learn in minutes
• after the one-month free trial the price is only ₹ 999 per year, making it a genuinely cost-effective loyalty solution

The role is straightforward: visit targeted stores in your area, demo the product from your tablet or phone, answer basic questions, and fill out a short onboarding form once the owner agrees to try it. I’ll supply marketing collateral, demo credentials, and a brief training session on the talking points and typical objections.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)
✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.
✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply
✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English
Salary:
12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
Transport Allowance ₹100 per day
Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment over and above the target number
