Field Sales Executive for Fitness Platform
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 INR
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to help us bring in new clients — specifically gyms and dance studios — for our platform, Book & Manage. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, approaching decision-makers, and closing deals to grow our presence in this niche.

Responsibilities:
1) Research and build a list of gyms and dance studios in [City / Region]
2) Visit, call or email prospects to demo/explain our platform
3) Present proposals and negotiate contracts
4) Close new clients and meet sales targets
5) Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
1) Experience in field sales, ideally with fitness / wellness / studio clients
2) Strong communication & negotiation skills
3) Self-motivated, target-driven, with ability to work independently
4) Good local knowledge of the area to identify potential studios / gyms
5) Able to travel within city / region.
Compensation / Commission:
1) Attractive commission-based model
2) The entire first month subscription fee ( i.e Rs 1000 ) from every client you onboard will be paid to you as commission after subtracting 30% due to tax.
3) Additional incentives can be discussed for achieving higher targets
4) Potential for long-term collaboration as we expand into more cities
