Automotive Sales Advisor & Team Leader
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking experienced candidates for permanent positions as Customer Advisors and Team Leaders at Tata Motors. We have a significant requirement: 130 Customer Advisors and 10 Team Leaders. This role offers a fixed salary, with spot incentives and a salary appraisal after one year. The job location is primarily Anna Nagar, but we also have vacancies in Kattupakam, Chromepet, TNagar, and Chengalpattu.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle needs
- Providing detailed specifications about different vehicles
- Conducting test drives
- Engaging in outdoor marketing to boost sales
- Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service expertise
We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates, regardless of gender. Qualifications can range from a 12th-grade pass, diploma holders to degree holders.
