movie outline to movie script

I am looking for a freelance writer to help me develop my movie concept into a full-length screenplay. This project is for a comedy film and I have a specific storyline in mind. The movie outline is somewhat detailed, and I need help from an experienced writer to turn it into a professionally written script.
The successful candidate should have a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and have a strong knowledge of the writing process as well as an understanding of the formatting for a professional screenplay. They should also understand the fundamentals of character development and be able to come up with creative solutions to any problems that arise. Ideally, they should also have some professional credits to their name.
If the writer can successfully develop my movie idea into a script, I will be willing to provide a generous reward for their work.
