Wanted: ghost writer for a light-hearted mystery series
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am looking for a writer experienced in mystery, for a 5 book light-hearted mystery series of 60,000 words each. I'd like to be hands off in the creative process and I'd like you to create the characters and plot
Initially, to see if we are a good fit, I will pay $30 for a 1000 word intro chapter, a rudimentary outline for the rest of the first book and a short bullet-point list of thoughts you have for the series.
If this proves satisfactory, then we would go ahead with the rest of the first book at an agreed flat rate including revisions and ditto for the subsequent books.
I would like you to pitch ideas for the story, the characters and tropes and to exercise your own artistic leanings.
I do want the tone to be light, easy, laid-back, casual, gently humorous, subtly inspiring and upbeat. The reader is left, after a thrill, feeling as though the world is a good place after all, satisfied by the story and its ending, inspired by some of the characters and their actions.
Please freely use your own creativity to plot this series and to write the 1000 word introduction, I can't wait to see what you will come up with and look forward to working together.
