Urban Fantasy Ghost Writer Wanted
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking to partner with a ghost writer on a new Urban Fantasy series. This gig would be for the first book in the series and, provided we're both happy with the result, I'd look to progress to at least 4 books in the series.
Approx. Length: 70k+
Genre: Urban Fantasy
Subgenre: I'm open to ideas (YA Academy, Dragon, Shifters, etc.)
Protagonist: Female
Writing Style: Looking for a fun but engaging style, preferably from a female perspective
Story type: Preferably a serial type of investigation (murder of a friend, family member that leads to cultic or supernatural events), so that the story can be closed out at the end of the book, but lead to a larger overarching narrative within the series as a whole.
Tropes: Snarky humor, modern setting but with fae, or dragons, shifters, etc. Romance elements would be good (torn between two potential lovers), but the book will not be a romance novel. Hero stuck between two factions. Chosen one elements.
I'd need full commercial rights to the work the final product will be a published book. I'm open to including a pen name however as a co-writer on the novel.
