Story Series script writer ✍️ for a dark urban street drama

am looking for a skilled script writer to help me develop a dark urban street drama series. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing complex storylines with a focus on character development. The project requires the writing of 60 minute episodes for a series that will consist of more than 6 episodes.
Theme and storyline:
- Although I have a general idea of the theme and storyline, I need help developing it further.
-The storyline should be gritty, realistic and explore the darker side of life in an urban setting.
Skills and experience:
