Ghostwriting a YA Thriller/Romance Novel
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking a skilled ghostwriter to help bring my vision for a Young Adult (YA) thriller/romance novel to life. The story should maintain a balanced mix of thrilling and suspenseful elements with romantic and heartfelt moments.
I have written roughly 30k words presently and will need an additional 60k words to complete the book.
I will need a single chapter to see how it fits with my vision of the book, and if it is deemed suitable then I will be continuing with you.
Key Aspects of the Project:
- Tone: The novel should seamlessly intertwine suspenseful twists and romantic turns, creating an engaging read for the YA audience.
- The ability to write at least 20k words/week
- I will provide the themes and tropes; you must be able to complete plot summaries and chapter-by-chapter plot outlines.
- Perspective: The narrative will be delivered from multiple points of view. A knack for diverse character voices will be important.
- Finally, a contract/NDA signing is required.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Previous experience in YA genre writing.
- Strong capabilities in crafting suspenseful plots intertwined with romantic elements.
- Experience writing from multiple perspectives.
- A strong understanding of the themes of coming of age, betrayal, and self-discovery.
Please provide samples of similar work you've done in the past. If you could provide your own versions of a sample of a chapter with these pointers, then that would be appreciated.
SCENE -> From Husband's pov
Wife tells the husband to calm down. He wants to see his daughter (who was now in the hospital, they have no money for treatment and she would die soon). He cries badly. He works in a corporate office - they are now living away from home and family - so he talks to his friends at work - and decides to pay a visit to see her the next day. He gets fired for shouting at the manager for a leave request - which was placed abruptly. He storms out of work.
