Ghostwriter Wanted with Experience in Contemporary Romance
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello there! Thank you for your interest in this posting. We are looking for a talented ghostwriter to partner with us in producing high-quality, trope-driven contemporary romance stories.
Long-term opportunities are available. For this job, we are looking to create a three-part series containing 40k, 45k and 50k word books. Tropes/themes will be provided. Each book is a stand-alone read. However, the books may include parallel characters, storylines, or similar themes as the other books in the series.
We'd love to create an ongoing business relationship with the right candidate. This is not a one-time job, there are many future projects.
The initial project needed is a 40k word novella. The pay for the novella is $600 and will be paid in the following milestones:
First milestone: Book Summary , Chapter Outline & First 500 words of Chapter 1 - $30
Second milestone: First 10k words - $120
Third milestone : Next 10k words $150
Fourth milestone: Story complete - $150
Final Approval : $150 (paid after final story is accepted and/or any required edits are made).
The ideal candidate:
⁃ Has experience in creative writing, and is familiar with contemporary romances genre.
⁃ Has read romance novels, and understands the various tropes and writing style expected.
⁃ Is able to check their work for inconsistencies and errors.
- Is an experienced plotter.
⁃ Is able to reach deadlines, and work consistently with ongoing communication.
