Ghostwriter

I am looking for a fast ghostwriter to produce a first draft based on detailed outlines - fiction. Character details, location, and scene details will be provided. I'm looking for someone with a good imagination and who enjoys writing fiction. Science fiction, mystery, horror, romance, etc. Please note, the hourly rate would be higher if you are a fast writer and lower if you are a slow writer as I'm looking for a certain number of words per hour. Please indicate roughly how many words you think you could write in one hour. Please note, this is only for a first draft and does not need to be perfect.
