Ghost Writer to Bring a Short Story to a Fully Realized Book

I am seeking a skilled and experienced ghost writer with a hell of a personality who can transform a captivating short story into a complete book. The chosen candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling, developing compelling character arcs, and narratives. The story heavily involves timelines (present, and past) so creative execution of tenses, attention to detail, and writing skills are a must. The project requires the writer to work closely (within reason, let your creative flag fly.) with the author to understand their vision and extend the story seamlessly. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with deadlines, collaborating ideas (good or bad, we fall forward), and have prior experience in fiction/non fiction writing. The book is expected to be around 350 pages in length.
